July 2024 recorded 20,783 registrations, down (3.7%) from July 2023 (21,572). Private Limited made up (66.2%) of the month, LLPs (28.4%) and OPCs (4.8%); the LLP share rose from (22.6%) in July 2023. Compared with the previous month, June 2024 (21,737), registrations were down (4.4%).
